Faith had another game tonight. She wasn't real excited about it. She said she doesn't like to bat, because they might get the ball and tag her out. I tried to explain to her that if she would stop watching the ball after she hit it and ran as fast as she could, then maybe they wouldn't get her out. I also told her to simply do her best, but she didn't really go for the pep talk too much. She says that it hurts when they tag her out. Some of the girls tag out a little too hard!!
Faith's team ended up winning tonight, which they were excited about. The score was 11-8. The team made several really good plays and most of the girls were hitting good tonight. It is kind of hit or miss usually, either everyone is hitting or nobody is hitting!!
