Bryce's 5th Birthday Party

Bryce decided to have a Hot Wheels party this year. We weren't sure that we were going to get to have his party in the backyard, but the rain stopped just in time. It literally rainied right up until time for the party to start. I was starting to carry out presents and balloons and all of sudden a huge shower dumped tons of rain. However, the thunderstorm passed quickly and then it dried up for the rest of the night. Everything outside was wet, which meant it was hard to play games and such, but the kids didn't really mind. We did get to do fireworks at the end of the party, so that was exciting!

Bryce made sure to "read" every card, eventhough he had no clue what it said.

His race car track cake. He had to put the cars on himself. If you look at the green car on the right side, you will see he tried to drive the car on the cake (it didn't work too well though!).

He had to lick the icing off of the bottom of his hot wheels cars.

Bryce Taylor,
Mommy and Daddy love you so much!! You are a very active 5 year old boy. You keep us very busy, but we wouldn't change a thing. You love to figure out how everything works. You love to play with your truck and cars. You love to go camping and fishing and just love being outdoors. You like playing video games, but we have to limit those. You had a lot of fun this summer playing baseball/t-ball for the first time and you can't wait for soccer to start again soon. You still say you are going to be a football player when you grow up though. We love you!!
