We had Cole dedicated at church this morning. The video above played at the very beginning of the Dedication. After the video, Pastor Ron sat on the altar with Cole and he said a few words. After that our family got up in front of the church. Ron talked about bringing kids up in the church and teaching them about the Lord. It was a very nice dedication. Cole didn't cry while Ron was holding him, so we did good. Everything turned out very nice. .
When church was over we stayed around and ordered pizza. Our family (Karl, Tam, Faith, Bryce, and Cole), then Tammy's parents (Ray and Carol), Tammy's brother and his family (Ryan, Amanda, Jake, and Grace), Karl's Mom and brother (Marie and Elijah), and Karl's sister and niece (BJ and Lilly) sat around and enjoyed some time eating and talking afterwards. We ate pizza and then I ended up making 2 cakes. We were going to go out to eat, but couldn't ever decide where to go. We decided that restaurants would be crowded and loud, making it hard to talk. So...we opted to stay at church and that way the kids would have a place to play too. It worked out really well!!
